Alexandria pastry (for Easter cakes)

  • 1 liter. baked milk;

Then pour:

  • 2-3 bags of vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp. cognac;
  • about 2.5 kg of flour.
  1. Knead soft, viscous dough, dipping hands in sunflower oil.
  2. Put on proofing for an hour and a half, until it doubles.
  3. Impose 1/3 of the molds,
  4. wait until it fits almost to the brim and bake at this temperature 180 gr. until ready.
  5. Checking with a wooden skewer.
  6. Top iced cakes to grease with glaze, decorate.
