All a bunch: delicious green dishes

What could be more useful than the first leaves of lettuce and onion shoots? Cooking delicious greens.

Calorie:295 kcal in 1 portion.

4–5 servings:700 g potatoes, 1 lettuce (long) cucumber, 1 onion, 1 green stalk of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, 100 g of sorrel, spinach and young nettle, 100 g of butter, 2 tbsp. l sour cream, salt, pepper.

Potatoes, cucumber, onions and garlic wash, clean, cut into large pieces. Fill with water and cook until tender. Greens chop and stew in half servings of butter for 5 minutes, then add a couple of tablespoons of water and leave for another 5 minutes. Mash potatoes with vegetables in mashed potatoes and make broth. Salt, pepper, add oil.

Stew greens rubbed through a sieve or chop with a blender, mix with sour cream, season with salt and pepper, warm slightly. Pour the potato soup into a plate, in the middle lay out the green mashed potatoes with sour cream. Decorate with a sprig of greenery.
