bag frozen Asian stir-fry vegetables
1 tsp. minced garlic
each canned fat-free chicken broth and water
2 tbsp. each lite soy sauce and chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce (see Note)
Garnish: cilantro sprigs
- Microwave vegetables as package directs.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a heavy 5-qt pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken to pot and cook 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Remove and thinly slice.
- Add onion to pot; sauté 3 minutes. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add broth and water; bring to a boil. Add pasta; cook as package directs.
- Add chicken to pot along with the vegetables, soy sauce, cilantro and chili garlic sauce.
