Baked new potatoes with rosemary and garlic

Baked new potatoes with rosemary and garlic- a recipe.


  1. new potatoes 1 kg;
  2. Olive oil 5 tbsp. l.;
  3. fresh rosemary 4 tbsp. l.;
  4. garlic 3 cloves;
  5. salt to taste;
  6. freshly ground black pepper to taste.


In a bowl, mix the cut potatoes in half, chopped garlic, chopped rosemary and olive oil. Salt and pepper, mix well and put into refractory form.

Bake in a preheated 2000C oven for about 45 minutes until soft and golden brown. Serve hot.
