There is nothing simpler and tastier than a traditional Italian snack! You can prepare bruschetta with any filling and even the beginning hostess can cope with this process.

Cooking method:

Prepare the ingredients. Pepper wash, remove the seeds and cut into strips (medium length and width). Rinse ripe tomatoes, remove the skin and seeds and cut into cubes of medium size.

In a deep bowl pour the tomatoes, pepper, pour all 2 tbsp. olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix gently and infuse for 5 minutes. You can add a little black ground pepper (who loves a sharper).

Cut the baguette into slices 1 cm thick, sprinkle them with olive oil, put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and send to the oven for 6 minutes heated to 200 degrees.

Put ready-made slices on a dish, spread with a thin layer of soft cheese and top with a tomato and sweet pepper filling. Decorate with basil.
