Cabbage cutlets: healthy, tasty and affordable

To prepare cabbage cutlets you will need:
- 500 g white cabbage;
- 1 medium bulb;
- 2 eggs;
- 5 tablespoons flour;
- 1 tsp tomato paste;
- 150 ml of water;
- salt, pepper, herbs (can be dried) to taste;
- other seasonings - if desired;
- vegetable oil.
Stages of preparation:
Grate the cabbage on a coarse grater, so our burgers will be softer.
Mix chopped cabbage with finely chopped onions. Add eggs, chopped herbs with seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, gradually add flour. Having a homogeneous mass, proceed to the formation of meatballs. The consistency of the test depends on the juiciness of the cabbage. If the dough is thin, you can add a little more flour.By the way, cabbage stuffing is easy to give any form. If desired, our cutlets can even be figurative.
Formed patties are rolled in flour, and then fry over medium heat until golden brown. If the meatballs are small and the frying pan is added with a lid, then for further cooking, you can not shift them into the pan. It remains to mix the water and tomato paste, salt and add to cutlets. Reduce the fire to a minimum, cover with a lid and continue to extinguish until the liquid has evaporated.
