Caesar Salad with Bacon

Canned anchovy (finely chopped)50 gramsGarlic1 cloveLemon (juice)2 tsp.Wine vinegar (red)2 tsp.Mustard (Dijon)1/2 tspWorcestershire Sauce1/2 tspExtra virgin olive oil4 tbsp.

Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and fry until it becomes crispy. In a large bowl, large narvite green salad leaves, put slices of bacon on them.

Blend finely chopped anchovies, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and Worcester sauce for dressing. Add olive oil at the end and mix again. Season the salad, stir, sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top. If desired, serve with croutons.
