Cake with Kiwi and Walnuts

You will need
  • - 5 pieces. kiwi;
  • - 200 g butter;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 1 tsp of baking powder;
  • - 200 g of walnuts;
  • - 1.5 cups of flour;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 1.5 cups sour cream;
  • For cream:
  • - 4 egg yolks;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - half a glass of flour;
  • - 1 tsp vanilla;
  • - half a liter of milk.
Defrost the butter until soft at room temperature. In a separate bowl or mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until you get a white hue. Continue whipping continuously. Then add sour cream, butter and baking powder.
Sift flour and add in small portions to the bulk. Continue to beat until a homogeneous consistency. Divide the prepared dough into three equal parts. Take a detachable round shape, lay on the diameter of parchment paper, pre-greased.
Pour one part of the dough into a mold, put the oven in a well heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then bake the same 2 more cakes.Let the finished products cool completely.
While the cake layers will be baked, prepare the cream. To do this, boil milk in a bowl, then cool it a little. Separate the whites from the yolks. In a separate saucepan, rub the yolks well, add sugar, vanillin and flour and mix well again. Then, with a constant batch, pour in the hot milk. Put the saucepan on a slow fire and cook the cream, stirring continuously until thick, for 10 minutes.
Peel kiwi and cut into thin even circles. Peel the walnuts, chop with a knife until coarse. Grease all cakes with cooked cream, spread kiwi mugs evenly on top. Gently place them on top of each other. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top. In order that the cake is well soaked, put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
