Cake Without Baking Grapes
Cake without Baking Vinogradinkais a recipe.
- sour cream (not less than 20% fat) 700 g;
- cracker (with poppy seeds, crisp) 300 gr;
- raisins (steamed) 100 gr;
- chocolate 200 gr;
- gelatin 25 gr;
- jelly (green) 90 gr;
- white grapes;
- granulated sugar 1 cup;
- vanilla sugar 1 pack.
Dilute gelatin in 150 ml of hot water and, according to package instructions, dilute jelly in 300 ml of hot water. Leave everything cool. Crackers break in half. Pour sour cream in a bowl or pan, pour in sugar, vanilla sugar and beat well. When the mass is whipped, add the cooled gelatin and beat again. A chocolate bar (preferably pre-cooled in the freezer) is finely broken using a knife. In a bowl with sour cream, add the cracker and steamed raisins. Stir well. &Nbsp;
Take a detachable form, lay out 1/3 of the cream and gently sprinkle it with chocolate. Spread another piece of chocolate on chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate again. Then lay out the remaining mass. Put the form in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
