Candy Bird's milk

Candy Bird's Milkis a recipe.


  1. 1/2 cup milk
  2. butter 100 g (room temperature)
  3. eggs 5 pieces;
  4. sugar 1 cup;
  5. vanilla extract;
  6. gelatin 20 gr.

for glaze:

  1. dark chocolate 300g;
  2. honey 6 tsp


Separate the whites from the yolks. Pound yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar, add vanilla and milk. Heat the resulting mixture in a water bath until it thickens. Remove and cool. Add the oil and whisk the mixture to the pomp.

Gelatine soaked in 75 ml of cold water. Whisk the whipped with the remaining sugar in a magnificent foam. Gelatin is heated to complete dissolution, we filter and quickly pour a thin stream into the protein mass.

Mix both masses and pour into the mold, put in the fridge to cool completely.

The cooled filling is cut into small rectangles. Chocolate melt in the microwave, add honey. Coat the candy on all sides and cool well.
