Chocolate Puddingis a pudding recipe.
- 1/2 cup sugar;
- starch 2 tbsp. l.;
- cocoa powder 1/4 cent.
- salt 1/8 tsp.;
- cream 1 tbsp;
- 1 st. milk;
- dark chocolate 170g;
- Vanillin 1/2 tsp.
- whipped cream;
- chocolate chips for decoration.
Whip sugar, starch, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Pour in gradually the mixture of cream and milk, whipping so that no lumps form. &Nbsp;
Put the mixture on medium heat and boil without boiling. As soon as steam appears, add chopped chocolate and continue stirring until it is dissolved and the mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat, add vanillin. Pour pudding in glasses, close with cling film and put in the fridge for about 2 hours. Remove the film, decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate chips.
