Cooking salad "Mimosa" with an apple

You will need
  • - tin can of pink salmon;
  • - eggs (5 pieces);
  • - apple (1 pc.);
  • - onion (3 heads);
  • - carrots (3-4 pieces);
  • - potatoes (3 pcs.);
  • - Dill greens and onion feathers (by bundle);
  • - butter and mayonnaise to taste.
Peel hard eggs, separate the whites and chop finely, and wipe the yolks through a sieve. Boil potatoes and carrots, remove the peel and grate the vegetables on a coarse grater - each in a separate dish. Cut the raw onion, tilt the pink salmon on a colander to drain the excess liquid. Remove fish bones, mash the pulp with a fork.
Spread layers of lettuce in the following order: fish; bow; squirrels; carrot; an Apple; potatoes. Grease each layer with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Cover the top of the dish with softened butter and sprinkle with grated yolk. Garnish the ready-made Mimosa with Apple salad with finely chopped fresh herbs.
If you want to further diversify the classic Mimosa recipe, cover a layer of apples with grated cheese of any solid variety. Mayonnaise can be replaced with dressing based on thick sour cream or homemade yogurt without fruit filling.Add pickled cucumbers, tomatoes in fermented milk product and scroll in a blender.
