Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Cranberry-Orange Sauceis a recipe.


  1. 1 cup of sugar (200 gr);
  2. 200 ml of water;
  3. 1/4 tsp. salt;
  4. 350 grams of fresh cranberries;
  5. 2 orange peel.


In a medium-sized sausage pour a glass of sugar, a peel of oranges and pour 200 ml of cold water.

We put on the fire and bring to a boil, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour the cranberries into a saucepan with boiling water, zest and melted sugar and over medium heat, gently stirring, boil for another 7-10 minutes until the sauce becomes thicker and half the berries burst.

We shift the ready sauce to a pre-sterilized jar. Cranberry-orange sauce can be served with meat, game, poultry, baked with cheese.
