Creamy Pizza Recipe

As ingredients, meat, mushrooms, tomatoes and other vegetables can be added to a creamy pizza. Instead of ketchup or tomato paste, use cream.

How to cook a creamy pizza

There is nothing difficult to prepare. Yeast dough, you can make yourself or buy in the store. Particular attention should be paid to the creamy sauce, which is poured over.

Cream is best combined with chicken, but as meat you can use pork, beef and ham, but smoked sausage is not desirable to put.

From the spices you can take oregano, basil and rosemary.


  1. Fillet cut into thin strips.
  2. Chive garlic through a press, add to it lemon juice and black pepper.
  3. Leave the chicken in the garlic sauce for 30 minutes.
  4. Fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Take 3 cloves of garlic and pass through the press. Fry the mixture in butter, add 1 tbsp. l flour.
  6. Pour the cream and stir until the mass thickens. At the end add the parmesan.
  7. Put the cream sauce on the finished pizza dough, then grated mozzarella, chicken and tomatoes. Sprinkle with dried herbs and spices, and put a plate of feta cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes. at 200 C.

Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs.

Creamy Pizza with Mushrooms Recipe


  • 150 g of ham;
  • 5 large champignons;
  • 250 ml of cream with fat content of 30%;
  • 450 g of mozzarella;
  • 200 grams of parmesan;
  • 300 ml of milk;
  • 250 g of flour;
  • egg;
  • 1/2 pack of dry yeast;
  • 1 tsp spice for pizza;
  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil.

Mushrooms take mushrooms. They can be beautifully cut into plates.


  1. In warm milk, dissolve the yeast.
  2. Add flour, egg and 3 tbsp to the milk mixture. l olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough and put in a warm place for 2 hours.
  4. Cut the sausage and mushrooms into thin plates 2-5 mm thick.
  5. Garlic skip through the press, and then fry it in olive oil. After 5 minutes add cream and spices. Boil the sauce until thick.
  6. Grate the parmesan.
  7. Roll the dough into a layer 5 mm thick.
  8. Lay out half the sauce, mushrooms and ham. Sprinkle with chopped mozzarella.Top with the remaining sauce.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes. at 180 C.
  10. Sprinkle parmesan and put in the oven for another 2 minutes.

The finished dish is decorated with greenery.

Experiment, add your favorite ingredients to pizza. Cut all the vegetables in equal pieces and lay them evenly over the surface of the dough.
