Curd donutsis a recipe.
- cottage cheese 250 gr;
- flour 300 gr;
- eggs 2 pieces;
- sugar 100 gr;
- soda 1 tsp.
We beat the eggs with a mixer, then pour sugar and whisk together. Add soda (not quenched), salt to taste and cottage cheese. All mix. Fall asleep flour and mix again. It turns out quite thick dough, sticky to the hands.
Remove the dough from the container, first sprinkling flour and hands on the table. Next, divide the dough into three parts and roll out each with a thickness of approximately 0.5-0.7 cm.
Cut a large glass into circles and cut a circle in each circle with a pile (small lid). Heat the oil (in a small saucepan, pour the oil 3 cm) over moderate heat. We check the readiness of the oil, throw a small piece of dough, if bubbles begin to gather around the piece, the oil temperature is optimal. Throw three things and fry. It roasts very quickly until golden brown.
Spread the ready bagels on a napkin to absorb excess oil.If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
