Dietary casserole in a slow cooker

You will need
  • For casserole:
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 1 kilogram of low fat cottage cheese;
  • - 2 tablespoons of cornstarch or potato starch;
  • - 2 tablespoons of oat bran or flakes;
  • - 2-3 tablespoons of milk low fat;
  • - Pinch of salt and sweetener to taste
  • For jam:
  • - 30 grams of hibiscus;
  • - 20 grams of gelatin;
  • - 500 grams of water;
  • - sweetener to taste.
Proteins send for a few minutes in the fridge, then beat with a pinch of salt until resistant peaks.
Combine both masses and mix very carefully so that the proteins do not fall off.
Place the resulting dough in a slow cooker for 60 minutes in the mode "Baking". Cool the prepared casserole and decorate it with hibiscus jam.
To prepare the jam, boil karkade with a sugar substitute in water for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, strain and add gelatin. Mix everything thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Now the jam is ready to eat.
