Stir-fry duck

Stir-fry duckis a step-by-step recipe. Stir-fry is a great way to quickly feed the suddenly arrived guests with an elegant and very tasty dinner. The vegetables in this dish should remain crispy!


  1. 400 g duck fillet (you can breast without skin or filet of chicken legs);
  2. 1 small zucchini;
  3. 3 small carrots;
  4. 200 grams of mini-corn;
  5. 3 tbsp. l. sesame seed unrefined peanut (or other vegetable) oil;
  6. 4-5 Art. l. soy sauce
  7. 1/4 tsp. ground chilli
  8. a mixture of peppers in a mill;
  9. salt.


Cut the duck fillet, carrot and zucchini into long strips. If canned corn - drain and dry the cobs, if fresh - pour over boiling water. Heat unrefined peanut butter in a wok over high heat, fry zucchini, carrot, and corn in turn; ready-made vegetables skimmer removed from wok and spread on a plate. When adding a new portion of vegetables, add a little more oil. Fry in a wok, add oil, duck fillet to the desired degree of readiness, add vegetables, sesame, soy sauce, season the dish with salt, a mixture of peppers and chili, heat, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.Serve immediately.
