Foot bath with sea salt

Tonic Foot Bath
Cook: 2 tbsp. spoons of sea salt.
Dip your feet in salt water for 15 minutes, rinse with running water and wipe with a soft towel.
The result: the legs will be noticeably lighter, and the regular use of such trays will strengthen the body.
Foot bath with sea salt and oils
Prepare: lavender oil 2-4 drops, mint or eucalyptus 2-4 drops, orange or grapefruit 2-3 drops, 3 tbsp. spoons of sea salt.
Put salt in a basin, drip on top of the oil, mix everything up, pour warm water around 38-40 degrees, stir until salt is completely dissolved. Dip clean feet in water for 15-20 minutes, rinse with warm running water and wipe well. Apply the cream and wear socks, for a better softening.
Result: the feet are soft and moist.
Cleansing and soothing foot bath
Cook: 2 tbsp. spoons of sea salt, 2 tbsp. spoon cream, warm water.
Put salt and cream in a basin, mix until foaming, fill with warm water.Feet lower in a bowl of salt and cream for 15-20 minutes. At the end of time, clean the feet with circular motions with a stiff foot brush, rinse with running water and wipe dry. Apply to the skin a nourishing cream for a soothing effect.
