For lovers of herring - a real find: insanely tasty and original
Original herring rolls will be a great decoration of the holiday table. You can cook your favorite treat for yourself. Time to create the rolls takes a little, though before you enjoy a delicate taste, you'll have to wait a little.
- salted herring - 1 pc .;
- fresh medium-sized cucumber - 1 pc .;
- Creamy processed cheese - 100 g
We divide the herring in such a way to get loin pieces without bones and peels. Lightly discard the fillet laid on the food film, grease it with cheese and add the cucumber sliced into strips.
Twist the resulting layer in a dense roll - a matter of technology.
It remains to remove the stuffed herring in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When the roll hardens, it will be much easier to cut it into pieces.
It remains to cut the roll with a sharp knife.Serving herring can be served both on a separate dish and on slices of bread.
Optionally, the recipe can be supplemented by adding to the filling crushed egg, pickled onions and greens to taste.
