Fresh Red Cabbage Salad

You will need
  • - half a head of red cabbage;
  • - 2 apples;
  • - 1 Bulgarian pepper;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - mayonnaise, salt, parsley fresh.
Half of the cabbage red cabbage thinly chop. Clean onion, wash, cut into thin half-rings. Rinse the apples (for salads usually take green apples with a slight sourness), peel, remove the seeds, too. Cut the apples into cubes. Mix cabbage with apples and onions.
Rinse the paprika (red, yellow or green - it does not matter much, you can make an assortment), clean the core. Cut the flesh of the peppers into strips. Peel the garlic cloves, pass through the garlic press. Add all the prepared ingredients to the salad.
Season fresh red cabbage salad with mayonnaise, salt to taste, mix thoroughly. It is not recommended to add a lot of mayonnaise to salad - it will turn out to be too liquid, mayonnaise is only needed for soaking.
Salad is ready, put it in a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately. Salad on any table looks summer-like fresh. Someone instead of garlic adds soaked raisins.
