Fried Beans


Ingredients
Beans (feed)400 gramsGreen beans400 gramsGreen peas400 gramsOlive oil3 tbsp.Mustard (grainy)1 tbsp.
  • Cooking time:30 minutes

1. Boil the beans in boiling salted water for 1 min. Drain and rinse under running cold water. Peel the beans and set aside.

2. Boil the green beans in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Add green peas and cook for another 1 min. Add the beans and heat another 30 minutes. Drain.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add mustard. Add vegetables and mix. Season with salt and black pepper, shift to a platter and serve.
