There is not always time to cook something unusual for dinner. And you always want to eat. The quickest dish to prepare is, of course, an omelette. And also with an omelet a very tasty salad is obtained. To make an omelet with croutons, you will need: • two whole plastics of white bread; • two peppers of different colors; • • 4 eggs; • 80 grams of milk; • 40 grams of vegetable oil; • • ketchup to taste; • • salt; • pepper. Cut the bread into small cubes and fry in oil.

Beat egg and milk with salt and bake omelette. Cool down. Cut into strips. Cut cucumber, pepper, cheese and crab sticks into cubes. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and stir well in olive oil. Grind greens. Add all the ingredients in a bowl, season with butter and mix gently. Let stand for 1 hour. Despite the seeming simplicity, this salad turns out very tasty.
