Burito with ham and mozzarella
Burrito with ham and mozzarella- a recipe.
- 1 pack of tortillas;
- 400 gr of ham
- 2 bulbs
- 0.5 cans of corn;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- 2-3 tomatoes (from a jar in its own juice or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, diluted with 2 tablespoons of water);
- 0.2 kg mozzarella cheese;
- salt, black pepper, chilli pepper, ground;
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. l. milk.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Ham very finely chopped and add to the onions. Fry on medium heat, stirring occasionally. We cut the Bulgarian pepper into small cubes. Add corn and Bulgarian pepper to the pan. Fry a couple of minutes without a lid, then a couple of minutes under the lid. Add the pre-cut tomatoes (with a small amount of juice) and stew everything a little under the lid. Salt and pepper.Add the chili, extinguish everything without the lid a bit so that the excess liquid is evaporated, removed from the plate.
Making an omelet. Beat the egg, add a little salt and milk, whisk again. Pour into a heated frying pan, lightly oiled, cover with a lid. Minutes after 3 open the lid, check the readiness of the omelet. Cut in half.
Put the grill pan (with stripes) on the fire above the average, lubricate with just a little bit of vegetable oil.
Take a tortillas tortilla, put half an omelet into one half (you can add finely chopped Chinese cabbage), put 3-4 tablespoons on it. l. mixture of ham with vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated mozzarella. Fold the cake in half and fry it from 2 sides in the heated frying pan until the stripes appear on the cake.
