Honey-honey oranges cake
You will need
- - 250 g of flour;
- - 100 g of powdered sugar;
- - 100 g butter;
- - 30 g of honey;
- - 30 g of ground coffee;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 1 orange;
- - baking powder, vegetable oil, salt.
Separate the yolks from the proteins, add a pinch of salt to the proteins, whisk in a sufficiently resistant foam.
Mix icing sugar with softened butter.
In the protein mass gently mix ground coffee, flour with baking powder, oil mass. Stir until the dough is smooth.
Peel an orange, cut into semicircular slices. Smear the form of vegetable oil, pour honey, put a layer of orange slices.
Put the dough on top of the oranges, smooth it, put the cake in the oven.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check the readiness of the cake yourself with a wooden stick, as in different ovens cooking time may vary.
Then let the finished coffee and honey cake cool slightly, turn it over on the dish so that the orange slices are on top.
