How to cook Bulgarian cheese pie

You will need
  • For the test:
  • - flour - 600 g;
  • - eggs - 3 pieces;
  • - water - 250 ml;
  • - sugar - 1 tsp;
  • - fresh yeast - 10 g;
  • - salt.
  • Filling:
  • - cheese cheese - 500 g;
  • - butter - 100 g
  • Fill:
  • - eggs - 3 pieces;
  • - milk - 200 ml;
  • - Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork. Then add the following ingredients to the obtained whipped mass: granulated sugar, flour, salt, as well as fresh yeast and water. From this mixture, knead the dough for the future cake. It should be elastic. Then place it in a deep-bottomed bowl oiled and put in heat for about 40 minutes.
Cut the dough into 5 equal pieces. Roll them with a rolling pin in the shape of a circle, whose diameter is 25 centimeters. Melt the butter in a water bath, then carefully lubricate them with the obtained layers. Turn the cheese into a homogeneous mass and divide it in such a way that it turns out 5 equal parts.
Put the stuffing on the rolled circles. Then wrap each in the form of a roll and twist slightly.
On the greased baking dish, place the resulting rolls as if you are twisting a spiral. Do this not tight, as the dish during cooking will be about twice as large in 2. Leave it as such for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the pot for the future cheese pie. To do this, mix the sugar with chicken eggs. Beat the mixture, but not much. Add the same milk. Mix everything thoroughly.
While the oven is heated to a temperature of 180 degrees, pour pouring onto the dish. In this form, send it to bake for approximately 40-45 minutes.
Leave the finished baking under the towel for about a quarter of an hour. Bulgarian cheese pie is ready!
