How to cook delicious chicken meatballs

  • - 80 ml of milk
  • - 2 pieces of bread

Instruction
First wash the chicken legs. Then separate the meat from the bones. And you can immediately purchase filet of chicken legs. Then chop the chicken into slices and chop in a blender.
Wash and clean the onion, garlic, potatoes. Grind vegetables in a blender. Make sure that they do not turn into a puree. Vegetables just have to be chopped well enough.
Place slices of bread in milk. Let them soak and squeeze out excess liquid. If this is not done, the bread will stick together and will be in the stuffing in the form of lumps.
Put together the ground meat, potatoes, garlic, onions, bread. Add an egg. Salt the mixture. Add pepper. If desired, you can also use any mixture of seasonings for meat and chicken.
Mix well the minced meat for patties. It is better to form semi-finished products with wet hands, wetting them in cold water. Roll each patty in breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets until ready in the pan with sunflower oil. Cover the dishes with a lid. The fire should be average. Serve ready cutlets to the table with any side dish: boiled potatoes, buckwheat porridge. But it will be better and more useful to supplement the chops with fresh salad.
