How to cook delicious salads without mayonnaise

You will need

  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1 tsp. ground walnuts;
  • - 1/4 tsp chopped ginger;
  • - spices.
  • For sour cream and olive sauce:
  • - 2 tbsp. sour cream with a fat content of 10-15%;
  • - 2 tbsp. olive oil;
  • - 1 tsp. soy sauce or a pinch of salt;
  • - greenery;
  • - spices.
  • For curd sauce:
  • - 100 g granular curd;
  • - 1 glass of milk;
  • - 1/2 tsp ground cumin;
  • - 1 tsp. Sahara;
  • - a pinch of salt.
Instruction
Vinaigrette Sauce
For vegetable salads, classic vinaigrette is perfect. Finely chop 2-3 green onions, mix with ½ tbsp.mustard and ¼ tsp salt. Using a whisk or mixer, enter ½ tbsp. fresh lemon juice and ½ tbsp. wine vinegar. Beating, gradually pour in 1/3 cup of olive oil in small portions, and at the end add freshly ground pepper to taste.

Creamy olive sauce
A healthy alternative to mayonnaise is sour cream with a fat content of 10-15%, mixed with olive oil and a small amount of soy sauce or salt.Interesting and unusual variations can be obtained by adding various types of herbs and spices to the dressing.
Curd sauce
Wipe 100 g of granular cottage cheese through a sieve or grind in a blender, salt to taste, add 1/2 tsp. ground cumin and 1 tsp. Sahara. Then gradually pour in 1 glass of milk and mix to the consistency of sour cream.
