How to get rid of overwork

A high rhythm of life, large amounts of information, unhealthy diet, sleep disturbance - all this adversely affects the human body. Fatigue accumulates and becomes chronic. A person becomes lethargic and apathetic, he is not interested in anything, he does not bring good rest.

To get rid of chronic fatigue and overwork, you need the following:

- full sleep
