How to make a bee using quilling
The transformation of thin strips into various figures and compositions is known as quilling. It is not difficult to master this technique, but it is better not to start with the creation of paintings, but its individual elements. In this workshop we will show the making of a bee.For work you need to take: - 2 strips black paper (5 mm wide); - 2 white strips; - 1 yellow; - glue; - scissors; - quilling ruler; - tool for torsion rolls.First we take one strip of black and yellow colors, cut them into 4 equal parts. Then glue them together, alternating colors. From the resulting long strip twist the roll. This will be the little body of the future bee. We place the blank in the quilling line. After this, we glue the edge of the roll and give it a drop-like shape. Taurus is ready. Now it will make bee's wings. To do this, take a white strip, twist it into a roll and place it in a ruler using a smaller diameter.Get out and glue the edge with glue.Give the roll a drop-like shape, squeezing it with your fingers. It is required to make 2 such blanks, these will be the wings of a bee.For the head, you will need to cut a small piece from the remaining black stripe (for the bee antennae). From the long section we twist a tight roll, it will be a head.Begin to connect the individual elements of the bee. On the sides of the calf we glue the wings.Fix the head from above.A small segment of a black strip is folded in half.Neatly twist its tips.Glue the antennae. Our bee in the quilling technique is ready.
