How to make apple cocktail with milk

  1. Remove apples from seeds and peel. If they are not soft enough, blanch them for 5 minutes or hold them in a heated oven for a bit.
  2. Put the fruit in the bowl of the blender and beat at low speed.
  3. Add honey and cinnamon to puree, whisk.
  4. Continuing to beat, pour the milk in a thin stream.Beat until a steady foam appears. It will take from 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the variety of apples and the fat content of milk.
  5. Pour the prepared cocktail into tall glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint. If you need to cool, add ice cubes.

Fruits for this cocktail is better to take the softest varieties. Fully ripened, but without any flaws and rot. Instead of fresh fruit, mashed potatoes are perfect. The main thing is that it is natural, without thickener and sugar.

With a blender, you can prepare a refreshing vitamin drink for yourself every morning. Summer and the beginning of autumn are the season of apples, a time when you need to take the most benefit from nature. These fruits go well with most fruits, greens and nuts.

  1. Blend up the pulp of 2 apples. Add chopped parsley and basil leaves, half lemon juice and a spoonful of honey. Beat again thoroughly and drink immediately.
  2. Take 2 very ripe apples and a handful of grape varieties. Blender grind apples and grapes. Mix with 150 ml of orange or grapefruit juice, add ice cubes and serve immediately.
  3. Take a celery stalk and 100 grams of applesauce.Crush celery in a blender, add mashed potatoes, whisk. Add cold mineral water to the desired consistency and ice.
  4. Mix in a ratio of 1 to 1 apple and carrot juice, add to the drink mango puree and 10 ml of heavy cream. Have a drink right away.
