- 120 g of condensed milk.

Then in the middle of the hill you need to make a depression and pour in condensed milk. Then you need to pour brandy, cream, lemon juice into a bowl and mix everything well. Next, you need to sift into the chocolate mixture 1/3 of powdered sugar, mix with a spoon and leave it to cool for about 15 minutes.
Then, in a slightly warm mixture, you should slowly sift the powder, kneading the mastic with a spoon, and then with your hands. Finally, the mastic must be kneaded on the table until it becomes unstuck. After that, the mastic is wrapped in cellophane and retracted in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours for ripening. About three hours before the start of work with the mastic, you need to get it out of the fridge.
