Tip! You can add fresh cranberries or red currants instead of dried fruits, then you need a little more sugar (1.5 kg per 10 liters of juice).
Birch Wine Recipe
- 20 l. birch sap;
- 4,5 kg of sugar;
- 10 g of citric acid;
- 250 grams of raisins sourdough;
- 200 grams of honey.
The stages of wine production at home:
- 250 g of raisins pour chilled boiling water (350 ml) and add 80 g of sugar. Let it brew for 3-4 days before the starter.
- Pour sugar into freshly picked juice and dissolve it, stirring it.
- Add leaven on raisins and honey.
- Fill the prepared wort in a glass bottle with a narrow neck, put a whole medical glove on top of it, and leave it to ferment for 3 weeks.
- After the expiration date, we pour out the wine in bottles, cork each one of them and store it in a horizontal position in the cellar.
Wine on birch sap is recommended to drink throughout the year, because over time it loses its taste.

Light Cocktail Recipe
On the basis of fresh juice can be prepared low-alcohol Berezovik. For this you will need:

- 3 oranges and 1 lemon;

- 4 liters of juice.
