Isabel Marant Announces Debut High-Street Collaboration With H&M
Parisian designer Isabel Marant is teaming up with H&M to launch a high-street range, available in 250 stores from November
Isabel Marant has teamed up with H&M to launch her debut high-street collaboration, it’s been announced this morning.
The French designer has created a range influenced by ‘Paris chic’ which will go on sale in 250 H&M stores and online from 14 November.
The collection features both clothing and accessories for women and teenagers, and – for the very first time – Isabel has created a collection for men.
Isabeltells us: ‘I am flattered by this collaboration: H&M works with the best designers and this invitation is an exciting honour. I aim at creating something real, that women want to wear in their everyday lives, with a certain carelessness, which I think is very Parisian: you dress up, but do not pay too much attention and still look sexy.
‘The collection is infused with this kind of easiness and attitude. Everything can be mixed following one’s own instincts: my take on fashion is all about personality.’
IsabelMarantlaunched her career with a jewellery line, before adding knitwear to her collection. She then launched an eponymous collection in 1994.
