- tomatoes - 3 kg
- apples - 0.5 kg
- onions - 0, 25 kg
- apple vinegar - 50 g
- 1.5 tbsp salt
- 1.5 cups sugar
1. Grind the tomatoes, apples, onions and cook for an hour.
2. Add salt and sugar, stirring the tomato mass thoroughly. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add apple cider vinegar and ground pepper.
3. Cool and pour into cans.
If desired, ketchup can be prepared with sour apples and garlic.
