Kiwi jam with lemon
Kiwi jam with lemonis a recipe.
- 1 kg of kiwi;
- 1 kg of sugar
- 2 lemons.
Lemon carefully wash with a brush and cut into thin circles. Put in a saucepan with 100 g of sugar and 100 ml of water. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Clean the kiwi and cut into circles.
In a saucepan, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and pour the remaining sugar thoroughly stir and add kiwi. Bring to a boil and pour into a ceramic pot, leave at room temperature overnight.
Pour back into the pan and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the jam is being cooked, we are preparing the container for storage.
