Ear, and yes even creamy! It can not be. In Finland, they say: can! And they prepare lohikayto - ear-huff, the first one, where salmon and cream can be found in the same pan.

Pour fresh salmon with cold clear water, season with bay leaf and peas of allspice, bring to a boil and cook for no more than 15 minutes.

Remove the fish from the broth, separate the fillets from the bones, set aside.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in the prepared fish broth, boil until al dente.

Leek chop, simmer in olive oil until soft.

Fill lohikayto with sautéed leek, return boiled salmon to the pan, add smoked salmon slices, pour in the cream and bring the fish soup to a boil, immediately reduce the temperature and salt.

Ready lohikayto poured into plates, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers when serving and decorate with fresh parsley.
