Lunch of a preschool child: how to prepare a dairy noodles for children

How to cook a classic version of the dish:

  1. Boil salted water and boil vermicelli for 5 minutes.

  3. Heat the milk in the saucepan, dissolve the sugar and add the noodles. Heat to a boil and simmer on a small flame for 10 minutes.

You can prepare dairy vermicelli in a slow cooker. This will require:

  • milk - 500 ml;
  • vermicelli - 3.5 tbsp;
  • granulated sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 15 g;
  • salt - 1 chips.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour the milk into the bowl.
  2. Pour in the same pasta, sugar, add butter and salt. Stir and cover.
  3. Cook in Steam mode for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir once more and switch the device to the “Heating” mode.

After 10 minutes, the soup will be ready.

If you want to make a thick vermicelli "porridge", then you need to add pasta to boiled milk and leave them to swell for half an hour.

Recipe for savory dairy vermicelli with potatoes for children

If you need to feed your baby a more satisfying lunch, you should prepare a milk soup with pasta and potatoes. For it you need:

  • milk - 4 stacks;
  • vermicelli - 7 tbsp. l .;
  • potatoes - 2 tubers;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • salt and spices to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Peeled tubers cut into medium cubes. Shred onions finely.
  2. Heat the milk to a boil and add the vegetables.
  3. Tomit on a weak flame until soft, then add vermicelli, add salt and spices with spices. Cook for another 12 minutes.

When serving such a soup is to fill with butter.

In a sweet milk dish, you can add a little honey or jam. And to the savory offer the child a toast or a slice of rye bread.
