Mini pies with tea

- 500 g fresh frozen chire fillet;
- 200 g smoked chire fillets;
- 700 g puff yeast dough;
- 2 large onions;
- sour cream;
- 1 tsp. dry dill;
- salt, freshly ground black pepper.
With fresh chira, without defrosting, cut off the skin. The flesh is cut into small thin pieces, like on sliced planes, removing bones. Peel smoked chirara from skin and bones, finely chop. Mix ice cream and smoked chir, sprinkle with dill, mix with hands and put in a sieve set on a bowl for 1 h. Cut onion as small as possible, fry with butter until golden brown. Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick, cut circles with a diameter of 5 cm, smear the center of each with melted butter. Put a little fried onion, minced fish on it, salt, pepper and make a pie so that the very center remains open. Spread the finished pies on a baking tray laid with baking paper at some distance from each other.
When all the patties are ready, let them stand in a warm place for 20 minutes.Then lubricate the surface of the dough with sour cream and bake the patties until rosy color, about 15 minutes. In each pie, in the hole, put on a small piece of butter. Serve warm.
