Potato Casserole with Porcini Mushrooms

Potato casserole with mushrooms will be an excellent option for a hearty dinner, after which your whole family will gather. Enough for everyone!

Cooking method:

On a greased baking sheet lay out layers: potato chips, chopped onion, again a layer of potatoes, onions, and on top white mushrooms, separately fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil with garlic, salt and pepper.

Then lay out the final layer of potatoes and pour cream or put sour cream.

Top three parmesan cheese. And bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
