How to cook pumpkin cheesecake according to the classic recipe

Cooking:

  1. Grind cookies in a blender, add melted butter. Transfer the mass into a mold with a diameter of 26 cm. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 7 minutes. Do not pull the finished cake out of the mold, put it to cool.
  2. Pour cottage cheese, 50 g of sugar into the blender bowl, beat 3 eggs. Grind to a creamy consistency. Pour the curd mass on the cooled cake from the cookie. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. at a temperature of 150 ˚С.
  3. Pumpkin cut into cubes 3x3 cm. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes. at 180 C. Grind pumpkin in a blender, add cream, 2 eggs, 50 g of sugar, vanillin, ginger and nutmeg. Stir and pour the mass on the curd layer. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g pumpkin puree;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 100 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 10 g of gelatin.

  1. Grind cookies in a blender with melted butter. Put in the form and put on 15 minutes. in the fridge.
  2. Pour gelatin 2 tbsp. l warm water. In pumpkin puree, add sugar, sour cream and cottage cheese. Pour the heated gelatinous mass. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Put the cream on the biscuit cake. Put the cake in 4 hours in the fridge.

After pumpkin cream has hardened, you can start decorating the dessert. Sprinkle crumbs of white or black chocolate.

Cheesecake can be decorated with caramel sauce with chopped walnuts or pour orange jelly. For jelly, you need a juice with 2 oranges, 150 g of sugar and 30 g of gelatin.

Pumpkin cheesecake can be made from mashed potatoes or fresh pumpkin, choose the ingredients in its sole discretion. Bake the cake in the oven or the slow cooker.
