Quick fried tortilla with sorrel
You will need
- For the test:
- - salt - pinch;
- - soda - pinch;
- - baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
- - flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
- - sour cream - 50 g;
- - sugar - 2 tbsp .;
- - egg - 1 pc;
- - vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsp.
- For filling:
- - starch - 1 tsp;
- - sugar - 3 tsp;
- - sorrel - 200 g
Wash sorrel, put it on a towel and let dry. Hard cut stalks. Cut into arbitrary pieces.
Place in the microwave for 1 minute to stop the sorrel from being voluminous. Cool slightly and add starch and sugar to sorrel.
Whip sour cream, salt and sugar with egg. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and soda. The dough should turn out to be flowing, but not too thin.
Heat the vegetable oil over low heat in a pan. Pour a little less than half of the dough onto the surface of the pan and spread it along the bottom. Put the stuffing on the dough evenly.
Spoon pour the remnants of the dough so that the sorrel is completely covered with dough. Cover the pan with a lid.After 2 minutes, the bottom of the tortilla is browned, and the top of the dough will grab. Gently turn the cake. Fry the second side under the lid for another minute.
