How to make a lazy cheesecake with cottage cheese

  1. Sift flour, add 50 g of sugar and baking powder. Margarine chop into pieces. Pour it into flour and knead your hands. Dough is ready.
  2. In the cottage cheese, add 200 grams of sugar. One by one, beat the eggs, after each driving in, mix the filling thoroughly.
  3. Drain the raisins, dry it and pour into the curd mass.
  4. Pour half of the dough into the baking dish, top with cottage cheese. Cover the filling with the remaining dough. To make the cheesecake look more beautiful, lay out the filling only in the center. Dough to cover it is not necessary. The edges of baking after readiness will rise higher, and the middle of the cottage cheese will deepen.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 C 45 min.

  • 100 g sour cream 15% fat;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 200 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100-150 g of dried fruit;
  • 1 tbsp. l starch;
  • 7 tbsp. l flour;
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 1 tsp soda

1 hour before cooking, soak the dried fruit in warm water. You can take prunes, dried apricots, raisins or all together as a filling.


  1. Beat the eggs into the sour cream, whisk. Add starch, sugar and flour. Stir the mass and add soda.
  2. Put the dough in the pan, pre-lubricate the bottom and walls of vegetable oil. Top with cottage cheese, sprinkle with dried fruit and sugar.
  3. Cook over low heat with the lid closed for 20-30 minutes.

After readiness do not open the lid.Let the baking stand for 2–3 minutes so that it does not become an eye.

Lazy cheesecake looks like a regular pie. For decoration, you can pour it with melted chocolate, honey or condensed milk.
