Red bean salad with corn, mushrooms and ham- a step-by-step culinary recipe.
- 1 can (400g) of natural red beans;
- 150 g cooked smoked lean ham;
- 1 can (340g) of corn;
- 400g of small champignons;
- 2 sweet red peppers;
- 2 red bulbs;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
- For refueling:
- 5-7 sprigs of parsley;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 big orange juice;
- 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar;
- 1 tsp. liquid honey;
- 1 tbsp. l. mustard with grains;
- 80 ml of vegetable oil.
For dressing, chop the garlic and parsley, whip in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Bake the peppers under the grill until black tan, put in a bag, cool, peel and cut into strips. Beans and corn to fold on a sieve. Cut the champignons large, onions - thin feathers. Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil on maximum heat, stirring often, until the liquid has evaporated, 5 minutes. Remove from heat, mix with beans and corn, cool.Add diced ham and strips of pepper. Pour with dressing, stir, let it brew for 15 minutes.
