Red Wine Snacks: The coolest recipes

Most often, red wine is tart, and the main task of the dishes served to this drink is to balance and shade its taste.Baked ham, roast beef, ham and bacon are a suitable base for the right snacks.

Sandwich with beef

The sandwich itself is made very quickly and simply, especially if you have prepared roast beef in advance - beef baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • Bread 8 slices
  • 2 handful leaf salad
  • Roquefort cheese 100 g
  • Roast beef 200g
  • Olive oil as needed

Cooking method:

  • Cut roast beef into thin slices.
  • Fry the slices of bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan.
  • Put the lettuce on the bread, sprinkle them with olive oil, and chopped beef. Add a slice of Roquefort cheese on top and cover with second slices of bread.

Patties with beans in deep-fried

Crispy pies with a delicate white bean filling will be a great snack. They are prepared in small portions in deep fat, so do not forget to buy in advance a sufficient amount of frying oil.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 500 g
  • Water 150 ml
  • White string beans (canned) 1 can
  • Onions small 1 pc.
  • Cilantro a few twigs
  • Caraway 1/2 tsp.
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for deep-frying) as needed

Cooking method:

  • Mix sifted flour with water, adding a little salt. Knead the stiff dough, roll it into a ball and, wrapped in plastic wrap, put it in the fridge for about an hour.
  • Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in a frying pan heated with olive oil until golden brown.
  • Drain the bean jar. Put the beans in a bowl and mix with fried onions and chopped cilantro. Add cumin, salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.
  • The dough is divided into 3 parts. Roll one piece, like on dumplings, and the rest wrapped in a film. Cut circles of 5–6 cm in diameter from the rolled out dough, put a teaspoon of filling on the center of each circle and carefully pinch the edges so that they are not pasted during frying.
  • Fry patties for 2–3 minutes in hot oil, turning them over. Put the skis on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.

Adygea cheese fried in bacon

Adygei cheese, fried in bacon, is not only an excellent snack, especially for red wine, but also a savory addition to a simple salad, for example, with green beans.

Ingredients:

  • Adyghe cheese 400 g
  • Bacon 250 g
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  • Slice the cheese into the same cubes or squares. A little salt and pepper.
  • Wrap each piece of cheese in bacon. If necessary, secure with a skewer or a toothpick.
  • Heat the pan with olive oil and lay out the cheese wrapped in bacon.
    Fry from all sides until golden brown, and then shift to paper towels to remove excess fat.

Tartlets with pate and figs

Chicken liver pate is a popular dish for both homemade snacks and festive table dishes. If you want to make it beautifully, then serve in small tartlets, decorated with fruit.

Ingredients:

  • Pate 120-150 g
  • Short pastry tartlets 10 pcs.
  • Figs 2-3 pcs.
  • Small bunch of grapes

Cooking method:

  • Figs cut into slices.
  • Put the pate in tartlets, filling them tightly enough.
  • Decorate tartlets with chopped figs and grapes.
