Sausage Rice Casserole
You will need
- - 2 cups of rice
- - 4 eggs
- - 2 onions
- - 6 sausages
- - 3 tablespoons sour cream
- - 50 g of hard cheese
- - bunch of greens
- - spices
Boil rice until cooked and leave to cool. While the rice is being cooked, cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. It is important to ensure that the bow is not burnt. Leave to cool.
Eggs are neatly divided into proteins and yolks. For now, leave the yolks, and whip the whites with a blender into a strong foam. This foam is added to the already cooled rice. We also add chopped greens, spices and salt to taste to the rice. All very gently mix. To the cooled onions add yolks, mix everything.
Sausages cut along into two parts or circles. In a greased form lay out half the prepared rice. Above, evenly distribute the onion-yolk mass. Then lay sausages in one layer. Put the rest of the rice on top of it, level it. Lubricate the last layer with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.Put in preheated to 180-200 C oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve casserole slightly warm.
