Shaurma with sausage

Shawarma with sausageis a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. pita 2 pieces;
  2. cucumber 2 pcs;
  3. Korean carrot 200 gr;
  4. tomatoes 2 pieces;
  5. sausage 400 gr;
  6. Chinese cabbage leaves 5-6 pieces;
  7. cheese 150g;
  8. ketchup, mayonnaise to taste;
  9. a bunch of fresh greens.

Cooking

Cut the sausage into small cubes and fry in a griddle for 10 minutes. To taste Seasoning add to taste.

Tomatoes cut into thin circles. Thin straw cut cucumbers. Thinly shred cabbage. Chop the greens. We rub cheese on a large grater.

First, lay out the sausage on the pita bread, then lay out the tomatoes and cucumbers. Add cabbage, greens. Then lay out a layer of Korean carrots, cheese, add mayonnaise and ketchup.

Bend the edges of pita bread and roll up the roll.

Gray shawarma in a griddle with a thick bottom. Fry over medium heat from both sides until golden brown appears.
