Spiced Couscous

Couscous is an easy and quick dish - a great side dish or vegetarian dish.

1. Put the couscous in a large bowl and pour boiling water so that it covers it completely. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 10 minutes. Then loosen with a fork. Let go and allow to cool.

2. Add onions and herbs, mix. Beat the olive oil with lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper, then pour over the couscous. Stir, cover and refrigerate until needed. It will stay in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Before serving, keep couscous at room temperature so that it is not very cold. Stir it again and check if it is necessary to season.
