Stuffed Bell Pepper

You will need
  • - Bulgarian pepper 8 pcs .;
  • - minced meat 0.5 kg;
  • - rice 0.5 cups;
  • - onion 1 pc .;
  • - carrots 1 pc .;
  • - Tomato paste 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - allspice;
  • - parsley;
  • - sour cream;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt.
Prepare the pepper. Take the Bulgarian pepper, wash it in cold water, then carefully cut the circle with the appendix. Inside, remove the stem and seeds with a knife, rinse thoroughly with cold water. You should get molds made of pepper.
Cooking stuffing. Finely chop the onion and rub the carrot on a fine grater. Pass them in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Onions should be golden in color. Boil the rice until half cooked, it will take about 6 minutes. Mix the minced meat with rice, onions, carrots, chopped greens, ground black pepper and salt. Stir the filling thoroughly.
Fill the Bulgarian pepper with cooked filling and place in a pan so that it stands tight and upright.Pour the peppers with hot salted water and simmer for 40 minutes. The water in the pan should be to the edge of the pepper and strictly not higher than it! 5 minutes before being cooked, add the tomato paste and bring to a boil.
