Homemade granola (muesli)

Ingredients:

1 cup of oatmeal (or a mixture of cereals, but not instant cooking)

Any dried fruits, raisins and nuts

1 tablespoon honey

A few tablespoons of water

Cooking method:

Preheat oven to 180 � C. Dissolve honey in water. Add sweet water to the cereal, gently stirring, so that they soak evenly.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and pour the flakes on it, spread it evenly over the entire surface and put it in the oven. Bake, stirring constantly, to a ruddy state.

At this time, prepare the dried fruits - thoroughly rinse with hot water, large (dates, dried cherries, dried apricots) cut into cubes. Nuts a little crush or grind in a blender.

Remove the flakes from the oven, mix them with the dried fruits and bake everything together a little more.

You can fill homemade granola in the post with soy, almond milk or juice.
