White Nights Soup

You will need
  • - Milk - 1 l,
  • - green beans - 200 g,
  • - potatoes - 5 pcs.,
  • - cauliflower - small kochanchik,
  • - carrots -1 pc.,
  • - turnip -1/2 pcs.,
  • - butter - 50 g,
  • - vegetable oil for frying.
Cauliflower doused with boiling water and disassembled into inflorescences. Turnip cut in small pieces and blanch. Grate carrots on a fine grater. Roast carrots and turnips until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Pour into the pan milk, 1-1.5 liters. water and set on fire. Dip the diced potatoes, then the cauliflower and green beans. When the soup boils, add there roasted carrots and turnips.
Cook until done. We salt. At the end of cooking, you can add finely chopped greens (optional) and butter. Stir and serve the soup hot. The whole dish is ready.
